Equipment Fund

Our Equipment Fund

Here at Carnon Downs Surgery we have been very lucky over the years to have received many generous donations and contributions, from our patients and their families, to our Equipment Fund.

The fund is used to help supply equipment that enhances and makes all our jobs easier.  Recent purchases include the new OSPIC Flow Meter, this means that patients do not have to travel to Royal Cornwall Treliske for this Urology test, we can do it right here at the Surgery.

In years past we have purchased a Syringe Driver, this is a vital part of patients care when in the terminal stages of an illness and for us to have more than one piece of equipment means more patients can be cared for at home.

It doesn't matter how large or small the contribution - whether we purchase another BP monitor so more patients can use these at home or maybe another large expensive piece of equipment, as they say  ' Every Little Bit Helps'.
