Where appropriate we will offer specific help and support for those who need to change their lifestyle. We offer advice and support on Quit Smoking on a one to one basis and appointments are arranged in advance through the reception.

Keep Active at Home Booklet
If you want to quit smoking, we are here to help you every step of the way. Patients do not need to be referred by a GP - you can contact our reception team and make an appointment with Kathy James or Jackie Slater from our Nursing Team.
We can give advice and information on the benefits of stopping smoking, as well as explaining the potential damage to your health. We will offer help and support along the way and we will also advise you on choosing the most helpful aids to support you in stopping.
If you have any questions or need further advice please ask for Kathy or Jackie - and if this is new to you - come to the front desk and register for the next course as places are limited.
